Need an NDIS support worker at short notice?
Plans change, workers fall ill and needs come up unexpectedly. We welcome short-notice and same-day support requests. We’ll check worker availability, the location and the support required, then confirm whether we can assist.
Participants and families
If you need support unexpectedly, call us and we’ll do our best to help.
Support coordinators
Contact us when a participant needs urgent cover or a service gap filled.
NDIS providers
We can provide temporary workforce cover for staff shortages, unplanned leave or hard-to-fill shifts, under an appropriate brokerage or service arrangement. Let us know the location, the support required, and the date, time and duration, and we’ll check our workforce capacity and confirm what we can offer.
Same-day support cannot be guaranteed. For short-notice requests, call 02 6924 2666 during office hours.
Where we support
Based at 106 Lorne Street, Junee, we support NDIS participants in Junee, Wagga Wagga, Coolamon, Temora, Cootamundra and Gundagai.
Any applicable worker travel or participant transport charges will be explained and agreed before services begin, in accordance with relevant NDIS requirements.
A registered provider you can trust
As a registered NDIS provider, we’re audited against the NDIS Practice Standards for quality and safety. Our staff live and work in the Riverina. We aim to provide a consistent team of familiar support workers who get to know your needs and preferences. Worker allocation depends on suitability, availability, and your agreed service arrangements.
Our office is open 9am–5pm Monday to Friday. NDIS support visits, including weekend services, are arranged individually according to participant needs and worker availability. Contact Michelle to discuss suitable days and times.
Changing NDIS providers
You can choose who provides your NDIS supports. If you’re considering moving to Junee Community Centre, we’ll discuss your needs, check our availability, and help plan the transition. Check your current service agreement for any notice requirements before ending services.
Making a referral
Participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers and other providers can make a referral by phone, email or our online enquiry form.
Michelle, our Workforce & Client Services Coordinator, will contact the participant or their nominated contact to talk about their goals, support needs, funding, location and preferred service times. We then check our capacity and arrange intake and a service agreement before supports begin.
We’ll respond as soon as we can. Urgent and short-notice requests are best made by phone on 02 6924 2666 during office hours.
